Foundations

This yoga class is designed for beginners to give confidence and refine understanding of yoga asana. Focused on alignment, breathing and basic movements to gain flexibility and strength and build a safe lifelong yoga practice.

1 hour - $120  |  1.5 hours - $150

Sessions are for 1 or 2 people


Vinyasa Flow

This yoga class is more dynamic and explorative. It incorporates creative sequencing, anatomical focus areas and traditional teachings. It uses the physical body as a tool of transformation and self discovery, including relaxation and breathing to bring you to a quieter place.

1 hour - $120  |  1.5 hours - $150

Sessions are for 1 or 2 people


MINDFULNESS /MEDITATION

This class will bring you clarity and peace, by reducing stress and relaxing the body and mind. It will teach you to be more present. Bringing you in the moment through Breathwork , guided visualizations, and other practices. Less doing, more being !
